Over the years, cooperation management GmbH has steadily expanded its services in the context of operating shopping portals. In the beginning, the focus was exclusively on software services. Since 2015, purchasing conditions have also been offered. With the expansion of the jb-x purchasing software to include invoice management, it was possible for the first time in 2018 to check invoices via workflows with reference to the order by customers and subsequently to transfer checked documents to downstream financial accounting systems in a pre-assigned manner.

With the increasing shortage of staff resources on the customer side, coma decided to offer its customers a central billing service. Starting with a nursing service with stationary and mobile services, a pilot project was successfully completed before central billing was implemented as a customer service for the rest of the customer segment.
